Starter and Growth listings run on a 6-month minimum term, and Top listings run on a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly. After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice. Setup fees for Growth and Top cover the initial build of your included website and are payable once, at the start of your listing.

- Is it really free to list my business?
- Yes. Every business can create a free listing with no cost and no time limit — name, category, town, description, and contact details.
- Are there any setup fees?
- Only on the Growth and Top tiers, which include a website build. Growth has a one-off £50 setup fee, and Top has a one-off £100 setup fee, covering the initial build of your included website. Free and Starter tiers have no setup fee.
- What's the minimum term?
- Starter and Growth listings run on a 6-month minimum term. Top listings run on a 12-month minimum term. All plans are billed monthly.
- Can I cancel my listing?
- Yes, at any time after your minimum term, by giving 30 days' written notice. If you cancel a Growth or Top listing, your listing reverts to the free tier and your website stays live as it was at the time of cancellation. Further changes or support aren't included once cancelled, but the site itself isn't taken down.
- Do I need to advertise anywhere else to be listed?
- No. There's no print advertising requirement, no sales call, and no minimum spend — sign up and get listed.
- Does a paid listing help my own website too?
- Yes. Starter tier and above include a live link to your own website, which helps your search visibility, not just sending people your way.
- What's the difference between Growth and Top?
- Growth includes a 1-page website built and hosted as part of the price. Top includes a fuller multi-page website. Both include priority placement above free and Starter listings.
- Is the directory only for businesses in Grantham?
- No. The directory covers Grantham, Newark-on-Trent, Stamford, Bourne, Sleaford, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, and the surrounding towns and villages.
- Are charities and community groups free to list?
- Yes, always. Community & Charity listings never carry a cost, regardless of the commercial pricing tiers.
